ROLAND RELEASES A NEW PORTABLE MIXER FOR LIVESTREAMING ON YOUR PHONE

GO:MIXER PRO-X works with your favorite streaming services like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, so you’ll sound your best every time you go live.

The GO:MIXER PRO-X is a new mixer from Roland designed for livestreaming, podcasting, music videos, and more. The original GO:MIXER, which connects directly to your iOS or Android device, was a popular choice for DJs and musicians who wanted to live stream their sets and performances throughout 2020.

The PRO-X adds Android smartphone support, as well as a guitar and bass pad switch and the option to use headset and in-ear mics such as Airpods as inputs.

The PRO-X includes the same features as the PRO, such as AAA battery power, seven total inputs, including an XLR mic input, physical controls for each input and master volume, and direct-to-device USB-C and Lightning connectors. All of the major streaming sites and recording apps, such as Garageband, support the mixer.

This is How It Woks

GO:MIXER PRO-X works with your favorite streaming services like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, so you’ll sound your best every time you go live.

The device is required if you use a phone or tablet to make music videos, web shows, podcasts, or livestreams. The built-in mic on your device won't suffice if you want to impress and engage your audience. You can connect and mix up to seven audio input sources with studio quality with GO:MIXER PRO-X, ensuring that you always sound your best, no matter where you are.

It costs 149€ and will be available from August. Find out more here.
